That Haircare: believes that shipping products to our customers should not be a hassle, so we've posted a few pointers to help you get your orders promptly.

That Haircare: uses several companies to deliver our products around Australia and world wide. Our goal is to keep shipping costs to a minimum. Our delivery charges are based on average rates. If you think the shipping charge is too high please check the Fastway Couriers and Australia Post sites for their rates before contacting us.

courier or australia post?

That haircare products can only be delivered by courier within Australia to residential or business addresses, this is due to the fact that someone will need to sign for the package before the driver will hand it over. If you use a Post Office Box as your shipping address, please be aware that we will NOT be able to send your order via courier services, we can only use Australia Post. This may not mean that much in terms of delay because Australia Post have excellent coverage across all Australian states.

international orders

International orders are not subject to Australia's Goods and Services Tax (GST). Overseas customers should choose the best shipping method based on the International Carriage Zones for their country, listed below. Please select the International Quote/Invoice Form as the shipping costs will vary according to the method of delivery you indicate. You will be emailed within 24 hours, an updated invoice via Paypal with exact shipping charges.

Standard Air Mail

Air Mail is the standard service accommodating parcels up to 20kg, which can be relied on to deliver your items to virtually any address in the world. Reliable delivery to over 200 countries in 3 to 10 working days (tracking is not available for this service).

Express COURIER International

Express Courier International is a reliable, cost-effective, international courier service. It offers reliable door-to-door delivery of goods to over 200 countries and territories within 2 to 4 business days between metropolitan areas of major cities. Provides tracking for most destinations, delivery to Post Office boxes, metro, rural and remote areas.
